]]>If you ask to record the sessions in anyway, you have to sign a document stating that the recordings can’t be used as evidence, which is a joke. I asked to do so after my first experience with them, but there’s little point if you can’t use the recording as evidence.
Atos, much like Serco can win contracts and perform terrible, but will still get new contract. They’re basically untouchable. Petitions and news articles exposing them don’t change anything

Or the patients who continuously suffer at the hands of their unfavourable nature, sign a petition for them to be investigated or their contract terminated.
I doubt they’ll ever allow the NHS to run these assessments because then they’d be giving money to the NHS rather than their friends and donors in the private sector.
The whole process is a massive waste of money like people with chronic conditions will magically get better rather than worse as time moves on
